Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Ups Bounty for Missing Canine in Mexican Territory to £15,000
Welsh athlete Ramsey has boosted the reward for leads regarding his vanished pet named Halo to £15k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who currently is with Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that Halo was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state zone.
Halo, who vanished on October 9th, was had on a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey shared a exact coordinates of where she was last seen.
"Any sort of news concerning our Halo please get in touch with us. Big bounty for finding her. We are all wishing she is unharmed and will return to our side quickly," the athlete shared on Instagram.
Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals
The footballer initially revealed that Halo had gone missing 14 days prior and has subsequently shared several images of the beloved pet on Instagram.
A £7,500 bounty was originally announced, but with absence of information on Halo's whereabouts after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the amount.
"Our only wish is our girl back," he expressed in an additional appeal on his online platforms after the elderly dog disappeared.
The latest photograph post is a monochrome photo of Halo sleeping, her head lying in the curve of the athlete's arm, with the description: "How I wish to cuddle you one last time Halo."
Household's Worries and Background
Ramsey has also circulated a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media saying they have a few "pressing concerns" about the disappearance and worry the family "may never receive clarity".
"We still haven't found Halo. I fear we ever will," his wife's post expressed.
The Welsh leader joined Mexico's first division team Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his debut in the Mexican league in August.
Born in Caerphilly athlete is the pioneering well-known British Isles athlete to compete in the Mexican league.
